Professor Cline teaches Business Organizations, Business Planning and Corporate Finance. Prior to joining Campbell Law, she was an associate in the New York office of Chapman and Cutler LLP, where she was a member of the commercial lending and mergers and acquisitions teams. As the sole attorney in a family of nurses and engineers, her practice naturally focused on financing companies in the life sciences industry. Kelly has also served as in-house counsel. Directly after law school, she worked in the legal department of JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York.
Cline earned her B.A. in Political Science from North Carolina State University, graduating valedictorian. She was a Chancellors’ Scholar at the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she received her J.D. with high honors. While at UNC, Kelly was the Managing Editor of the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal.
