Abstract
...the survey cites and explains the most important changes to prior law made by the General Assembly. Second, the new survey breaks down new acts and discusses their purposes, how they operate, and those parts of the act about which the practitioner should be careful. Finally, the survey will be a useful map in finding those parts of the General Statutes in which all the new laws appear.
